Who we are

This page is run by TODO Growth Ltd, a growth, commercialisation and digital transformation company based in Rwanda. For anything about your information, contact us at richie@todo.rw or on WhatsApp at 0799 537 999.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form:

• Your name and the name of your property or business
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your email address, if you choose to give it (it is optional)
• The type of property and what you would like help with
• The message you write about your property

With your enquiry we also receive the address of the page you sent it from (including any campaign tags in that address, such as those added by an advertisement) and, where your browser shares it, the page that referred you. This helps us understand how people find us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about your property. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell your information.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you press the send button, your enquiry is delivered as an email through EmailJS, an email-sending service, to our team's mailbox. The form only says your enquiry was sent once EmailJS confirms it accepted the message.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your own email provider under their terms.

What is stored in your browser

While you fill in the form, a draft is kept in your browser's session storage so you do not lose what you typed if the page reloads. It stays on your device, is cleared when you close the tab, and is removed once your enquiry is sent. This page does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Other services this page uses

• Google Fonts: the page's typefaces are loaded from Google, which receives your device's IP address as part of that request.
• EmailJS: used only when you send the enquiry form, as described above.

Photographs on the page are served from this website itself.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and continue our conversation. We have not set a fixed period; you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email richie@todo.rw and tell us the name and phone number you used, so we can find your enquiry.

Changes to this notice

If we change how this page handles information, we will update this notice and the date above.
